All quotes remain valid for 1 month only. Once payment is received a booking and price is confirmed. Our services and hire items are subject to availability at the time of booking.
All bookings must be confirmed to us in writing with a deposit paid for it to constitute as a valid booking.
Please be advised to book early as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
Bookings are taken on a first-come-first-served basis.
Preferably it would be best to book four to six months in advance so we can ensure we provide you with your exact requirements,

Absolutely! The deposit is to secure the specific venue decorate and the date. We understand that for some products you may not know the exact numbers until closer to the date of your event, so you do not need to finalize numbers until your final payment.
A deposit is required to hold our services for your date and includes your bond. The bond amount is calculated once the full list of hire items are finalised.
This BOND portion is only refunded after the event, if all goods are returned or available for collection in as supplied condition.
The deposit will only be refunded if bookings are cancelled at least 30 days prior to the hire date. After this time the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or postponement. It may be used at the discretion of Moments of Elegance as future credit.
All bookings for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Years Day require a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

The hire charge for the products commences from the time that we dress the venue, and continues until the equipment is collected by Moments of Elegance staff. Or alternatively from when you collect the items until you return them to Moments of Elegance
You can make changes to your order up to 2 weeks in advance of the event. Changes may incur additional fees. Items can be added on as long as they are in stock when additions are requested.

YES, we are happy to arrange a consultation where you will be able to see some of our products and look through visuals and swatches. We understand how important this is and with our experience, creativity and attention to detail, we will work with you to create a stunning finish!
Yes, we can deliver Australia wide. Delivery costs are dependent on your location and will be calculated upon your quotation inquiry.
We are happy for you to pick up smaller or less fragile items. Items can be collected within 2 days prior to the event and must be returned within 2 days after the event. There will be a daily hire rate beyond these time frames if items are collected before or dropped off after the set times.
Absolutely not, we pride ourselves in having no hidden fee’s or last minute pop up charges.
Yes. Many clients request that we agree to Non-Disclosure Agreements, especially on events that involve celebrities, brands, PR or television. We are also happy to agree to NDAs for private events. Our team is discreet, polite and respectful of the privacy of both individuals and organisations.
Yes. In our budget, we have allocated a limited amount of funds to enable us to offer discounts for some registered charity events. Moments of Elegance is committed to helping worthy causes with their events. We are grateful for the assistance guidance and success we have had over the years and we are keen to help others where we can!
